I have been using your shampoo for about a year and I was always satisfied with the quality. However, this time I ordered two shampoos and both had some issues.
The first shampoo had a very strong fragrance and the texture was extremely thick. It actually felt more like a conditioner than a shampoo.
The second one caused a lot of frizz in my hair, much more than usual. I don’t know what happened this time, but the quality of the shampoo did not feel the same as before.
